This website provides an interactive search for specific packagings and for packagings possessing specific characteristics, which are approved in Germany. It supplements the BAM-website, in which the design type approvals of BAM are presented.

Here the term "packagings" is a generic term to be understood as the packagings of chapter 6.1 of the dangerous goods regulations, the packagings for contagious dangerous materials, intermediate bulk containers (IBC), and large packagings.

A search function taking the technical characteristics as parameters is currently under construction. Taking the specification characteristics defined in ISO 16106 and/or BAM-GGR 005 as search parameters is planned for the future.

It is possible to download and print out the certificates of approval (provided they are electronically available) and the lists.
