BAM is the German authority responsible for type testing and for approving the design type low-dispersible radioactive materials in compliance with ADR, section 5.1.5.3.1, in conjunction with ADR subsection 6.4.22.5, sentence 2, and confirmation in compliance with subsection 6.4.22.6, letter a, in agreement with BfS.
